Millennium Energy Consultants is a Maryland based company that has a long tradition in the energy efficiency and facilities asset management industry. It was founded in 2011 by Francis Moxey, a 29 year veteran in the energy efficiency, energy management information systems (EMIS) and facilities operations industry . Mr. Moxey has a relentless passion for GREEN-
Resilient-Safe Buildings, that generate as minimal carbon emissions as operationally possible.
We operate and pride ourselves on providing outstanding customer service, integrity and flawless project execution in order to guarantee that all of our customers are 100% satisfied. Our customers range from the General Services Administration (GSA), The Lenkin Company, Honeywell, Maryland Transportation Authority (MDTA), USDA, Wendy's Corporation, Raytheon and many others.
