Francis Moxey is a well respected and accomplished Senior National Business Development Manager with over 24 years of experience in the energy management and telecommunications industries. He founded Millennium Energy Consultants,LLC after having successful careers with industry leaders such as Johnson Controls, Inc, Pepco Energy Services, Power Measurement, Square D/Schneider Electric, and Rexel.

 

Francis Moxey is highly recognized for his development and achievement of well known industry energy management projects such as (1) the U.S. Navy (NAVFAC-Port Hueneme) $400 Million National MAC/ID/IQ AMI-Metering Program Project, (2) the first of its kind DoD/LFD/ODS Shared Energy Savings Project in a long-term leased facility(Hoffman Town Center,Alexandria,Va.), (3) U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) National AMI-Metering Program Project, (4) NIH Enterprise Energy Management Software System Project, (5) EPA Enterprise Energy Management Software System Project, (6) Veterans Administration (VA) National Advanced Metering (AMI) Project, and many others.
